- The examination of the candidates is carried out during sorting training. The training includes studying the brand and its products and participating in a sales skills workshop that includes conversation scripts and simulations. At the end of this training, only the most deserving people are assigned to the activity.
- Every activity is supervised on our behalf in all its stages – we are building a dedicated management system headed by a unique project manager on our behalf. This manager operates a complete array of regional managers and local supervisors whose role is to regularly check the work of the stewards and their knowledge of the product and help solve any problem in real time.
